1、The sequence value hot runner control technology(SVG technology)
The sequence value hot runner control technology(SVG technology) is a new type of suction control hot runner technology.The problem of appearance defects of the traditional multi-point synchronous gluing products ,and effectively avoid welding marks and cavitation defects of the automobile interior and exterior parts,reduce the forming pressure,in the appearance of the automobile interior and exterior parts of strict requirements played a huge role.
2、The low pressure double-layer injection mold technology
Low-pressure double-layer injection mold, also referred to as low-pressure injection mold, is a new type of injection mold technology, the traditional rely on manual coating, negative mold and positive mold vacuum adsorption parts, directly one-time injection in the mold to complete. The main principle of low pressure injection mold is: plastic injection pressure is low in the flow of cloth, open the mold to hang the cloth before the needle, and then close the mold, injection, and finally take a piece. The product produced by this technology, because the surface has a layer of special soft fabric, whether it is decorative, feel, beautiful are greatly improved. Therefore, low pressure injection mold technology is widely used in high-end cars, generally used in car map bag skeleton, car ABC column and other parts.
The main principle of low-pressure injection mold is that the injection pressure is low and flows on the cloth. When the mold is opened, the cloth should be hung on the needle before the mold is opened. The mold is closed, the injection is made, and then the parts are taken.
In the automobile injection mold, for the automobile bumper product, the mold design usually adopts the advanced inner parting surface technology. Its advantage is that the parting clip line is hidden on the non-appearance surface of the bumper, and the appearance of the clip line can not be seen after assembly on the car, which will not affect the appearance of the product. However, this technology is more complex than the external parting bumper in terms of difficulty and structure, and the technical risk is also higher. The cost and price of the mold will be much higher than the external parting bumper, but because of the beautiful appearance, it is widely used in middle and high-end cars.
